Examples of Success

Our first deployment was with an international software company. First, we deployed a Master Agent, trained on the company's product, case and knowledge management date. We deployed this to 100% of all colleagues, and put in place a simple mechanism to gather feedback and to measure effectiveness.

We then launched specialized use cases across every area of the business, 15 in total. Each additional use case was fine tuned, and additional data sources were added to deepen the knowledge context available to the agents. In total, 10 separate data sources were ingested.

Business impact was significant, with speed and efficiency improvements from 20-50% in each process covered.
