Andy Evans is Co-founder and CEO of Cogito AI; he has spent nearly four decades as a senior technology executive in the enterprise software and global communications industries, with C-suite roles as CTO, CIO, and COO at companies backed by Blackstone, Apax, Goldman Sachs, and Ericsson. Evans began his career as a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey. He later served as Group Chief Technology & Information Officer of Marconi Corporation PLC, where he led the carve-out of IT during the sale of the product business to Ericsson. He went on to serve as Chief Information Officer of Conga, where he led the post-merger integration of two global software businesses in eight months, and most recently was Chief Information Officer of Civica, the Blackstone-backed GovTech champion.

The Honorable Gregory W. Slayton is the Chairman of the Board of Cogito AI. He has been a Silicon Valley CEO and Venture Capitalist for more than 25 years, having led multiple high-growth technology companies and made early pre-IPO investments in both Google and Salesforce, where he served as a senior advisor and on the Board of Advisors for both companies. Ambassador Slayton has been Chairman of Slayton Capital since 2020, where he leads investments across enterprise software, AI, and emerging technology. He has also served as an award-winning, senior U.S. diplomat representing American interests across Asia and the Pacific, and continues his service as a global philanthropist and best-selling author. Ambassador Slayton is an honors graduate of Dartmouth College and Harvard Business School, was selected as a U.S. Fulbright Scholar, and has taught leadership at Dartmouth (Tuck), HBS, Stanford, Peking University, and MIT.

Naveen Kumar is Co-founder and CTO of Cogito AI; he has spent more than two decades as a technology leader in the enterprise software industry, with senior engineering, IT, and business systems roles at IBM, HP, and Conga. Kumar spent nine years at HP, culminating as Senior IT Manager, where he led one of the largest and fastest Salesforce implementations in the company's history and received HP's CIO Leadership Award. He then joined Conga, the Blackstone-backed revenue lifecycle management software company, where he led CPQ and CLM implementations for enterprise clients including ABB, Veritas, and Thomson Reuters. He was most recently Head of Business Systems & Data Analytics at Conga, where he chaired the AI Steering Committee, launched a company-wide AI literacy program, and led the Quote-to-Cash transformation that improved deal velocity by 25%.

Chandrajit Parmar is Co-founder and Head of Products at Cogito AI; he is a certified Data Science Executive, AI Product Manager, and AI/ML leader with more than two decades of experience modernizing legacy platforms into cloud-native solutions and scaling data-driven systems. Chandrajit has held senior product, delivery, and architecture roles at Silver Touch Technologies, IndiaNIC Infotech, Softweb Solutions, and Civica. As Solution Architect at Softweb Solutions, he built a team of data scientists, data engineers, and ML engineers from the ground up and led IoT and AI proof-of-concept work for enterprise clients. He then spent nine years at Civica, the global GovTech software company, where he led the 30-person team that shipped Cx Contractor Workforce — a multi-million pound workforce management platform — and the 40-person team that built Cx Asset Management. He was most recently Cloud Programme Manager, leading cloud modernization of the Housing product suite. Chandrajit holds a BA from Gujarat University.
