Cogito AI Completes SOC 2 Type 1 Examination
Cogito AI completes its SOC 2 Type 1 examination, an independent audit of its security controls. The report can be requested through our Trust Center.
September 17, 2026. Cogito AI, the Enterprise AI Operating System company, today announced that it has completed its System and Organization Controls (SOC) 2 Type 1 examination.
Cogito AI connects to the systems that hold a company's most sensitive information, from CRM and ERP to contracts, support tickets and HR records, and puts that knowledge to work through AI agents. The examination assessed the controls Cogito AI uses to protect that data. These include restricted, uniquely authenticated access to production systems; encryption of data at rest and in transit; regular access reviews; data classification; deletion of customer data when a customer leaves; and board-level oversight of security.
Customers and prospective customers can request the full report, under NDA, through the Cogito AI Trust Center at trust.cogitoai.ai. The Trust Center also lists Cogito AI's security controls, policies and subprocessors.
